BDM Logistics took on a brand-new 146,321 sq ft warehouse unit at Power Park in Nottingham, and needed the structured cabling designed and installed from scratch.
This page is a styled template rather than the finished article. It shows how a post will look once the existing articles are migrated: a lead paragraph set slightly larger, body copy at a comfortable measure, subheadings, lists and pull quotes all styled to match the rest of the site.
How a post is structured
Body copy sits at around 68 characters per line, which is the range most readable on screen. Headings use the same Wix Madefor face as the rest of the site, with the orange accent reserved for the page title so the article itself stays calm and easy to read.
- Lead paragraph, set larger to draw the reader in
- Subheadings breaking the article into scannable sections
- Bulleted lists for specifications and key points
- Pull quotes for the line worth remembering
Every cable we install is Fluke tested and certified, and the test results are handed over as part of the documentation pack.
Images and captions
Full-width images sit between sections with an optional caption underneath. On a project write-up this is where the installation photography goes, which is far more persuasive than any amount of description.
At the foot of every article there is a related-posts strip and a call to action, so a reader who has come in from search has somewhere to go next.
